This 136,000 square foot Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse was constructed at the former Northway Mall in Colonie, on the site of a former movie theater and retail store. BHI’s construction crews worked seven days a week in multiple shifts to quickly get the job done in only four short months. This allowed Lowe’s to open for business a full month ahead schedule, a boon to a customer-driven retail outlet. Bast Hatfield has built over 8 stores for the Lowe's Company.
