The former Mohawk Mall, demolished in the fall of 2000, was reconstructed into an open-air shopping center and renamed Mohawk Commons. BHI constructed a new 73,000 square foot masonry-bearing structural steel building to accommodate the new grocery store.
BHI’s trained staff is licensed to do Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) and the front of the Price Chopper store features large EIFS columns and marquis, which accommodates the store’s signage.
