This company’s lease was about to expire in their existing building, so it was critical that BHI turn this project around to accommodate an extremely tight deadline. The wood framed building, which houses warehouse and office space, was completed from start to finish in less than 90 days. Bast Hatfield self-performed the job, managing everything from the HVAC and heating units to the concrete slab work and masonry.
