Greene County is nestled between the resort destination of the Catskill Mountains and the lower Hudson River. The village of Catskill has gained popularity as a location for new businesses. The County contracted with an architectural firm, and it designed a building that created the illusion of four distinct storefronts, with different brickwork and window styles on each. BHI was awarded the contract to build this new four-story building, including all the foundation and concrete slab work, framing, masonry and millwork.
Within 13 months from start to finish, Greene County was accepting new retail tenants in its new municipal building.
