For decades, Bast Hatfield Construction has worked in the retail sector with many large and small retailers such as Lowes, Walmart, Price Chopper/Marker 32, Hannaford, L.L.Bean, Rite Aid, Harbor Freight, Mavis Tire, to name a few.  In addition, our dedicated team has worked all over the Northeast constructing new stores and major remodels.  

Commercial construction has been a significant generator of work from our company's inception to include office buildings, industrial facilities, banks, and storage facilities for large and small clients.

Construction in the education sector has been very robust over the last 5-7 years involving Bast Hatfield in many school projects throughout New York State.  Bast Hatfield is very competitive in this market, with an average of ten plus school projects awarded to us each year. 

Bast Hatfield has experienced significant growth in the healthcare industry by constructing urgent care centers, dialysis centers and local medical office buildings.  

As distributors for CECO and Chief Buildings, Bast Hatfield has provided and erected metal buildings for many years.  Bast Hatfield can provide our clients with turnkey building construction by utilizing our own tradesmen.  

Bast Hatfield has constructed numerous hotels throughout the Northeast with major brands including Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites and Holiday Inn Express.
