Located in the historical district of Lake Katrine Ulster County NY, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites is an IHG Hotel constructed by Bast Hatfield Construction, LLC. BHC partnered with the owners, Darian Lake Kingston, LLC, to provided value engineering services to help support the projects viability. This project is an exemplary case of how the BHC team can help owners produce successful projects by utilizing our estimating skills and self-performed trades.
